• Meeting Called to Order - @ 7:05 – 35 in attendance - End meeting with 35 in attendance
• Before meeting began - lots of new members - memberships filled out, and SAM passes distributed. 10 new members submitted forms.
• Treasurer Report
  • Treasurer Report - bank balance is $2039
  • Spent $600 on SAM Passes
• SAM Meeting
  • Gave meeting update
  • Reviewed the new laws going into effect with regards to Snowmobiles and ATV's
  • President reviewed (with the new members) the rules of SAM and the Snow Riders
• Trail Update
  • Stay off the trails in the Cowdrey lot - there is too much sun there, and the trails are down to the dirt
  • Trails near Shirley are fine, trails on other side of Hickory Hills are also fine
  • Nobody has made the trip to Watatic yet - Still working an issue with securing Gasoline in the area
  • Need to get permission from the logging company for a section of the trail that got taped off.
• Groomer Update
  • The groomer is still being worked on - just about done rebuilding the new drag (with hydraulics)
  • The engine is complete on the power unit - and back in - working on the drive bearings and misc parts
• Club Trip Prep
  • Club Trip Date is 19-22 of Feb
  • Club interest in trip was polled
  • 11-12 members interested in the club trip
  • We are going to check Jackman for a full house, if not, we will look for a house in the Forks
• New Business
  • Poker Run - Scheduling for Mar 6 - Shady Point - If there is no snow, we will do a scavenger hunt instead
