  • Meeting Called to Order - @ 7:05 – 9 in attendance - End meeting with 12 in attendance
  • Treasurer Report
    • Treasurer was absent - but bank balance is $2598.74
    • Assumption is that we broke even on the party (don't have more details on this yet)
    • Assumed we spent approximately $2000 on the event (including the shirts) and believe we took in approximately $2000 - However, we still have a lot of shirts in inventory - so selling these will allow us to post a positive return.
    • Table this discussion until the next meeting so we can sort out the funds details.
  • SAM Meeting
    • Gave meeting update
  • Party Review
    • Some finance issues - we should have probably  brought in about $600 more than expected - this is something that should be discussed at the next meeting
    • Everyone that went had a good time
    • Had approximately 80 people in attendance
  • Shirt Sale Status
    • Sold very few shirts - people were asking for black ones...
    • Bill estimates we should be all set on shirts for the next 10 years or so.
    • The treasurer and shirt sales person was not available for more input
  • Trail Update
    • Went out and cleared from 31/South Rd in Ashby through Blood Hill
    • Blood Hill to Watatic still needs to be cleared
    • Need to have Tom check on the contract renewal with Watatic - Is this perpetual or do we have to do something to renew
    • Cleared section off of Rindge Road - trail cleared up to end, but last section not cleared because the owner did not want it to attract the Fall ATV riders (will finish the last sapling off at the end of the year).
    • Working on trying to get trail established to the Gulf station in Lunenburg - Question is if we can pass through Jake J.'s property across Craig B.'s property.
    • Need to talk to Ernie L. and provide the bottle of crown - and get the markers up.
    • Trail work meet on Sunday at the "Club House" - 9:00 AM - Be there or be square
  • Groomer Update
    • The Crank is rebuildable and will take a little longer - need to come up with the tools - will save about $500 to rebuild it as opposed to buying a new one.  We will price this out and bring a quote to the next meeting - will probably be in the order of $300
    • So far only have ordered a factory service manual.
    • No update on the VMax yet - Tom will provide an update at the next meeting.
    • Drags need to be touched up - Jeremy said his garage is clean - can start bringing them over there for fix-ups (minor welding)
  • Club Trip Prep
    • Ken proposed Rangely for a club trip
    • Jeff proposed Brownville - that's about 4 to 4.5 hours
    • Jeremy proposed Tom's camp - Bill and Ken second'd Tom's camp - All in favor - Unanimous, but Jeremy said we don't have Quorum to vote.
    • Date - choices
      • Snodeo is Jan 22-24
      • Feb 19-21 may work for the trip
  • New Business
    • Poker Run and/or Winter Fest - Potentially Jan 23 (Sat)
    • Joe proposed a Vintage Sled ride (he has a 79 Gemini Polaris)
    • Propose a regular meeting Dec 10, and then a special Yankee Swap Holiday meeting on Dec 17 (the following week) - there will be no meeting on Dec 24 (which would be the next scheduled meeting time).   Everyone should bring a pot luck dinner item, and gift worth around $25 dollars.
